Our 30-Day Return Promise

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Whether the fit wasn’t perfect or you simply changed your mind, we’ll take care of it.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and packaging should be intact

Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works just fine)

To start a return, just email us at info@deandaisy.com with your order number and reason for return. Our friendly support team will walk you through it.

Fast, Reliable Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, and we’ll send you a confirmation the moment it’s done.

Original shipping is always free—no restocking fees, no surprise charges

Customers are responsible for shipping & customs costs for returns due to change of mind or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Oh no—we never want that to happen. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us right away at info@dean-daisy.com. We’ll make it right, no questions asked.
